Can You Cancel Your Order? 

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. However, cancellations are only possible before your order is shipped or processed. If your order is already packed or dispatched, cancellation won’t be an option. 

Exceptions: 

Custom & Personalized Items – Once production starts, these cannot be canceled. 

Sale & Orders  – Some discounts or offers may come with different cancellation policies. These will be mentioned at checkout.

How to Cancel Your Order 

Canceling your order is quick and easy:

  • Go to the ‘Order History’ section. 
  • Select the order you wish to cancel. 
  • Click on ‘Cancel Order’ and follow the instructions. 

 

If you need assistance, our support team is always ready to help. Just remember, cancellations can only be processed before the order is shipped or packed. 

 

Refund Process for Canceled Orders
