We currently deliver to all locations across India. While international shipping isn’t available just yet, we are actively working on expanding our reach to serve you wherever you are in the future.
Once you place an order, we process it within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details, including an estimated delivery time. Most orders are delivered within 3-8 business days, depending on your location.
If delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, our courier partner will try again—up to two more times. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, you can request a re-delivery.
We take extra care to ensure your orders are packed securely, but if you receive a damaged product, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include clear photos of the damage for faster resolution. If your order is lost during transit, we will investigate with the courier service and either send a replacement or process a refund, depending on the situation.
Certain items, such as large-sized clothing bundles or delicate materials, may have specific delivery instructions. These details will be clearly mentioned on the product page so you can plan your purchase with ease.
